United Samajwadi MP Veduram Bhusal has said that he has not received the report on the Federal Civil Service Bill, which was passed by the House of Representatives and reached the National Assembly.
Bhusal also said that there is a suspicion that the bill, which is in dispute in the House of Representatives, is being tried to disappear.
In the meeting of the National Assembly on Friday, MP Bhusal said that the report of the bill that has been tabled in the National Assembly has not been distributed to the MPs. He objected to the fact that the report of the bill was not made in accordance with the decision of the State Order and Good Governance Committee and was not distributed to the members of the National Assembly. The Federal Civil Service Bill received from the House of Representatives with a message was presented in this House on June 18. But till today, the report of that bill has not been distributed to us," Bhusal said, "There is a serious dispute that this report was not made according to the decision of the State Order and Good Governance Committee. In this situation, why has the report of the bill that came with the message from the House of Representatives not been distributed? This has given rise to another suspicion . There is a doubt that the bill is being tried to disappear.'
The state system committee had arranged that civil service and government employees cannot take any constitutional, government and diplomatic appointment for 2 years after retirement or resignation. It is being disputed that another provision has been maintained to nullify the provision made by consensus.
