Light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning may occur in many places of mountainous areas including Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki Province, Lumbini and Sudurpaschim Province, which will be generally cloudy in the country today. According to the
department, there is a possibility of heavy rain in one or two places in Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali and the hilly parts of Sudurpaschim Province. There is a possibility of light to moderate rain and snowfall in some parts of the high hilly and Himalayan parts of the country.
