Chairman of Nepal Communist Party (Maoist Center) and Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said that there is a serious conspiracy while passing the Federal Civil Service Bill.
Addressing the central office meeting of the Young Communist League, Nepal (YCL) at Paris Danda, he pointed out the need to investigate and proceed with the action process, saying that the trend of manipulation and tampering in the bill cannot be discounted.
'There is a conspiracy to reverse the achievements of change. The same has happened in the Federal Civil Bill,' he said, 'in this bill, it is aimed at investigating who did the bullying and taking action against the tendency to cheat and cheat.'
Chairman Dahal pointed out that the trend of reversing the achievements of the constitution and the people's blood and sweat has been seen before and now there is a danger of its recurrence. The party's campaign was countered by stopping the party's campaign while efforts were being made to reverse the status quo and regression. Even now, that trend continues,' he clarified.
On that occasion, he asked YCL Nepal to move forward with full commitment to the party's ideas, lines and statutes. 'YCL Nepal is the successor organization of the party, it is the power to crush the reactionary conspiracy,' he said, 'it is necessary to take the constitution, ideas and lines passed by the eighth congress of the party to the people.'
He expressed his expectation that YCL should always be at the forefront of the struggle to solve people's problems. "The history of the youth movement has progressed by solving the problems of the people," he said.
President Dahal mentioned that the class struggle is becoming more complicated in the current situation and emphasized that we should move towards strengthening the revolutionary line in a united manner while protecting the ideas and leadership. "Protecting and institutionalizing the leadership and ideas unanimously elected by the Congress is the need of the moment," he said.
He informed that the Madhyapahari Lokmarg campaign will be completed after the rainy season and requested YCL to actively participate in the organization building campaign that will be started thereafter.
He emphasized that YCL should play a combative role and give priority to organization building.
