While speaking in the House of Representatives, MP Prabhu Sah tore up the Civil Bill. He tore the Civil Code by terming it as 'Garibmara'.

He said that despite talking about equality in the constitution, the legislature will prevent the poor from moving forward and make them cry.

He said that he could not accept the bill that would rob the poor and could not be a witness to such a criminal act.  If the bill is passed today, it will be a dark day for the poor, he said.

He came out of the parliament by tearing up the bill saying that he would boycott the meeting. He is the President of Aam Janta Party (AJPA).
