According to the Department of Water and Meteorology, there is a possibility of light to moderate rain with thunder/lightning in some places in the hilly areas of the country including Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini and Sudurpaschim provinces and in few places in the remaining areas. There is also a possibility of heavy rain in one or two places in the hilly areas of the country. There is a possibility of light to moderate rain/snowfall at a few places in the high-hilly and mountainous areas of the country.

division, there is a possibility of heavy to very heavy rain in one or two places of Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces. There is a possibility of light to moderate rain/snowfall at a few places in the high-hilly and mountainous regions of the country.
