Standing committee member Binda Pandey and central member Ushakiran Timsena, who were suspended for dissenting from UML's decision to donate the central office to Dan, have been released.

The central secretariat meeting decided to release Pandey and Timsena's action for suspending Pandey, Timsena and leader Bhim Rawal in December 2081. Rawal has left the UML.

Spokesperson Rajendra Gautam informed that the secretariat meeting held at the central office on Wednesday decided to drop the action and return to responsibility.

Standing committee member Pandey and central member Timsena were suspended from their duties for 6 months. Ex-Vice President Rawal, Standing Committee Member Pandey and Central Member Timsena protested after the controversial businessman Meen Bahadur Gurung donated land and Gurung himself would build the UML headquarters on it. UML president KP Sharma Oli and Gurung couple laid the foundation stone of the party headquarters building in Kirtipur-2 Maitrinagar on October 25.
