The Home Minister said that due to budget limitations, 100% of the demands could not be met. Naturally, our demands and needs are many. But we have limited resources and means. In the midst of that limitation, there is a situation where the available resources and means have to be prioritized and the performance has to be achieved by achieving the maximum achievement,' he said, 'Many of the things to be done within the mentioned basis that I have thought of myself have been left out due to the limitation of resources. It is not possible to do all the work that needs to be done this year. The missing work will have to be implemented gradually in the coming financial years.'
The Home Minister author informed that in the coming fiscal year 2082/83, the total allocation for the Ministry of Home Affairs is two billion eight billion 248.5 million, and one trillion 92 billion 918.7 billion has been allocated for the current and 15.32 billion 98 million for the capital. This amount is more than the allocation of the last financial year. In this, only 190 billion has been allocated for social security and protection. This is 52.3 percent of the total allocation,' he said.

The ministry has put it on priority," he said. "Our policy is to address these demands gradually."
The Home Minister said that the bill regarding Nepal Police and Armed Police Force Nepal has been submitted in the House keeping in mind the need to organize transfers and promotions in security agencies. He emphasized that the House should have a comprehensive discussion and finalize it quickly. 'Vehicles have not been purchased for a long time in both security agencies. There are many old vehicles. Because of this, there has been a problem for the presence of security agencies at the specified time,' he said, 'For the mandatory needs of security agencies, there is a request to allocate 351.1 million for Nepal Police and 21.5 million for Nepal Armed Police Force. However, even this has not fully addressed the needs of the security agencies.'
