Speaker Devraj Ghimire is discussing with the five major parties about the continued opposition of RSVP in Parliament.
Minister of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Ajay Kumar Chaurasia, Deputy Speaker Indira Rana, UML Chief Whip Mahesh Kumar Bertaula, Congress Chief Whip Shyam Kumar Ghimire, Maoist Chief Whip Hitraj Pandey, RSVP Chief Whip Santosh Periyar and RPP Chief Whip Gyan Bahadur Shahi are in the discussion.
The Speaker had a separate discussion with Home Minister Ramesh Ikhtar, Chief Whip Bertaula of the ruling party and Chief Whip Periyar of the ruling party on the issue of opening up the ongoing obstruction in the Parliament.
Meanwhile, MPs from various parties have drawn the Speaker's attention to the fact that RSVP MPs entered the Parliament wearing blue ribbons. They asked for control by saying that there is unlimited activity in the parliament.
The Speaker said that he has taken serious note of this and said that it is the duty of MPs and political parties to live within the parliamentary dignity and that he is in favor of self-regulation.
