Kathmandu District Court has ordered Rabindra Mishra, senior vice president of RPP, to be released on bail of 3 lakh rupees.

Court Information Officer Deepak Kumar Shrestha informed that the bench of Judge Taradevi Maharjan has ordered the release of the accused Mishra on bail. 

A case was registered against Mishra for crimes against the state, criminal nuisance, organized crime and integrated crime. RPP General Minister Shavalshamsher Rana, who was accused in the Three Kune incident in Kathmandu on March 15, was released on a bail of Rs 3 lakh on Monday evening.

Durga Prasai, who is believed to be the planner of the violent demonstration of royalists in Tinkune, has been sent to prison for the preliminary investigation.
