Kathmandu District Court has ordered RPP General Minister Dhaval Shamsher Rana to be released on bail of 3 lakh rupees. On Monday, the bench of Judge Shiv Prasad Khanal ordered Rana to be released on bail.
Rana, who was arrested on the charge of inciting violence in the royalist movement on 15th Chait, was released on bail on 7th Baisakh.
He, who is also a cancer patient, was released for treatment with the consent of the public prosecutor's office. After the violent demonstration, RPP Senior Vice President Ravindra Mishra, General Minister Rana and other leaders and activists were arrested.
