Communication and Information Technology Minister Prithvi Subba Gurung has said that cooperation between all three levels of government is necessary for the development of the information technology sector.

Minister Gurung emphasized that the development of information technology should be widespread at the local level during the review and commendation program of the National Information and Communication Technology Day-2082 on Monday.

According to him, IT Day should be celebrated by the government and it is necessary to bring a program to encourage the young generation as much as possible  . 

'This day should be celebrated as a celebration across the country, to increase the courage of new people  It is necessary to increase more activities", Minister Gurung said. 

Minister Gurung, who is also the spokesperson of the Nepal government, mentioned that the draft of the Digital Nepal Framework (DNF) by the government is in the final stage. 'The government is ready to build the necessary infrastructure for the development of the information technology sector, for this the cooperation of the private sector is necessary.'
