The Federal Parliament Hearing Committee has started the parliamentary hearing process of the proposed three judges and one member of the judiciary in the Supreme Court.

Saturday's meeting of the committee started the parliamentary hearing process of the proposed Supreme Court Judge Senior Advocate Meghraj Pokharel, Chief Justice of Janakpur High Court Srikant Poudel and High Court Dipalaya Chief Justice Shantisinh Thapa and proposed member of the Judicial Council Mahesh Kumar Nepal. Chairman Iswari Neupane informed that the

committee has decided to issue a public notice to be sent to the committee within 10 days if there is any complaint or complaint about them. He said, 'Letters were received for the three judges and members of the judicial council proposed for the parliamentary hearing. According to the parliamentary hearing process, it has been decided to call for complaints through public notice to provide them within 10 days.'

Chairman Neupane said that such complaints can be sent directly to the secretariat or via email. According to him, after that, the parliamentary hearing committee will get information from the complainant for confirmation about the received complaint and will hold a parliamentary hearing of the proposed judge.

In that order, the proposed person has his action plan, thinking and concept  will present. About the concept presented by them, the committee is right  If approved, the name will be approved and the way of appointment will be opened.

The Judicial Council sent a letter to the Parliament Secretariat for a parliamentary hearing recommending names for the appointment of a vacant judge in the Supreme Court and the office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers for the appointment of a vacant member of the Judicial Council from June 10.
