Home Minister Ramesh Akhtar has claimed that he has no involvement in the visit visa issue and cannot be involved.  Speaking at the meeting of the House of Representatives on Friday, the minister objected that there was an attempt to attack him politically in a planned and conspiratorial manner.

The Home Minister expressed his regret, insisting that there is no truth in the social media and media linking him. The minister said that he would cooperate with the investigation being conducted by the authority and said that he was ready to attend if necessary. He also claimed that it is unfair that the minister should resign due to the addition of staff

There is no truth in the opinion expressed in the propaganda society and social media that says that I am involved in the investigation of the abuse of power investigation by the Commission. I would like to inform the honorable House that I am not involved in the said act, and cannot be,' said the writer, 'There has been an attempt to attack me in a planned manner, in a conspiratorial manner, politically. For which I would like to express my regret from this honorable House. And I would like to request my friends - if the matter being investigated by the constitutional body is to be connected with any minister or with the government and answer, how many ministers answered yesterday. Is that strength with friends?'

In the meeting of the assembly, the minister wrote his opinion in the midst of protests and sloganeering by the RASPA and the RPPA. Although the Maoists are ready to end the deadlock in the parliament, the RSVP and the RPP still do not agree. They have maintained the stance that a parliamentary inquiry committee should be formed to investigate the visit visa case. Amidst opposition from the two parties, Speaker Devraj Ghimire moved the meeting forward.
