The personnel administration branch of the Ministry of Health and Population has sent a letter to the federal hospital and its subordinate offices informing them that departmental action will be taken if the employees do not appear within three days.
In the said letter, the matter of recovering the amount for the service facilities is also included. Health and Population Minister Pradeep Poudel started initiatives to stop this after complaining that the employees were not present despite being transferred and were working for a long time. After that, such a letter with the details of the secretary level decision was cut.
The ministry has taken this initiative to address the complaints that there is a tendency to stay in jobs outside of their posts in the health service and due to this, even those who have been transferred could not be made to appear. Ministry spokesman Dr. Prakash Budhathoki said that departmental action will be taken if they fail.
