Today in the afternoon, there will be partly to moderate rain in the hilly areas of the country including Koshi and Gandaki, but the weather will be mainly clear to partly cloudy in the rest of the country.

The weather forecast division of the Water and Meteorology Department has predicted that there is a possibility of light to moderate rain with thunder/lightning in some places of Koshi province, Madhesh province, Bagmati province and Gandaki province in a few places in the hilly areas of the country and one or two places in the rest of the country.

There is a possibility of heavy rain in one or two places of Koshi and Gandaki. There is a possibility of light rain/snowfall at a few places in the high-hills and Himalayan areas of Koshi Province and Bagmati Province and at one or two places in the remaining high-hills and Himalayan areas .
