The District Administration Office Kathmandu has provided separate time for the ruling UML and Rajavadi group for Thursday's demonstration and program. The administration allocated time to first organize the program for UML and then to organize the demonstration of Rajawadi.

UML has been requested by the administration to start the program at Bhrikutimandap from 10:30 AM and end it by 2:30 PM. After that, Ashok Kumar Bhandari, Assistant Chief District Officer of Kathmandu informed that Rajawadi had been given time to demonstrate in Shanti Watika area. "The time has been allocated after discussions with UML and RPP leaders," he said.

UML is scheduled to celebrate Republic Day on Thursday. The parties and monarchist groups including the RPP have announced an indefinite demonstration from Thursday with the demand for the restoration of the monarchy and a Hindu nation. Rajawadi's protest on Chait 15 turned violent. On the other hand, a few days ago UML President and Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli also instructed the party workers to keep Kathmandu under control for a few hours on Thursday. For the same reason, there has been an increased interest in the security system this time.

Kathmandu Police Chief SSP Vishwa Adhikari says that the security system has been tightened in every way. "We will support activities that are in accordance with the law," the official said, "we will also take action against those who do not follow the law." Even though the RPP has not sent a letter to the administration office for the demonstration, it has requested the supporters to gather at Shanti Watika at 12 noon. "There is no need to take time from anyone for the movement," RPP spokesperson Sagun Sundar Lavati said.

The Rajawadi group has said that protests, including sit-ins and processions, will continue spontaneously in different places of the country. "We have asked them to gather on the streets with umbrellas and water bottles as there may be rain," Lavati said, "It will be a form of civil disobedience and satyagraha movement." Earlier, RPP President Rajendra Lingden had warned of retaliation if UML obstructed them.

Similarly, after Prime Minister Oli's statement, the National Human Rights Commission also expressed interest saying that such a statement is against the spirit of the rule of law. The Commission stated that in a democratic system, any group, person or party is guaranteed freedom of expression and expression.

In addition, using provocative language aimed at the opinions of others is a violation of the values and beliefs of human rights and has also requested not to make provocative expressions. The commission appealed to make the demonstration peaceful and asked the chief district officers and district police chiefs of Kathmandu and Lalitpur to be serious about peace and security.

Meanwhile, in the incident of Chait 15, the public prosecutor's office has prepared separate indictments against 50 people and 11 people, including RPP Senior Vice President Ravindra Mishra and General Minister and MP Dhavalshamsher Jabara, Durga Prasad Prasain. 11 people have been registered under criminal nuisance and others have been registered as individual cases.

A case has also been filed in the Juvenile Court against 4 children accused of being involved in violent demonstrations. Journalist Suresh Rajak and 29-year-old Savin Maharjan of Kirtipur-4 died during the Rajawadi demonstration on Chait 15. 20 people were injured in the shooting.
