When the members of the House of Representatives reached the audience while the meeting of the National Assembly was going on...

Opposition parties, including the main opposition, protested in the meeting of the House of Representatives demanding the resignation of the Home Minister over the 'visit visa' issue.

The meeting called for 11:00 in the morning started almost two hours late. As soon as Speaker Devraj Ghimire started the meeting, the opposition party protested again. The

meeting was adjourned for half an hour without entering into the regular agenda. After the adjournment of the meeting, the parliamentarians had free time. Some MPs were responding to the media while others were involved in discussions among themselves.

Some MPs had gone to Chamenagriha to drink tea, while some had gone to Singha Darbar for routine work. After the meeting of the House of Representatives was adjourned due to disruption, some members of the House of Representatives went to observe the meeting of the National Assembly.

The meeting of the National Assembly started at 1:15 pm. Although there was a disruption in the lower house, the upper house went on regularly. Taking advantage of the opportunity, some members of the House of Representatives attended the upper house and it was also seen on live broadcast.

The members of the House of Representatives were present in the auditorium instead of in the regular meeting room of the National Assembly. They sat in the auditorium of the National Assembly and directly observed the proceedings there.

While the meeting of the National Assembly was going on, MPs Suhang Nemwang, Rajendra Kumar Rai, Prabhu Hazara and Saraj Ahmed Farooqui were present in the audience.

After seeing this scene, Rasas asked MP Nemwang why he went to the National Assembly. He gave a brief answer and said, 'We have gone to get information about what is happening in the upper house'. He responded that he went with the purpose of getting information about the regular functioning and activities of the Upper House.

The Federal Parliament consists of the House of Representatives and the National Assembly. While the National Assembly is a permanent house, the term of office of the House of Representatives is five years. According to the constitution, both houses are considered complementary to each other. The government's policies and programs and the budget are presented in the joint house.

Similarly, MP Saraj Ahmed Farooqui also said that he went to the National Assembly to get information about the regular activities. "We have been wanting to get information about the work of the upper house since a long time ago, that was completed today," he said. He said that he used his spare time to sit in the audience and get information about the meeting of the National Assembly. He said that although the meeting and operation of the National Assembly was similar to that of the House of Representatives, it was fun.

When four MPs of the House of Representatives were present as spectators, the member of the National Assembly Gopi Bahadur Sarki Achhami was expressing his views. MP Farooqui said that they had been out for some time with direct information about the National Assembly meeting.

The functioning of the House of Representatives and the National Assembly is regular and similar. However, in terms of debate and discussion, the upper house is considered more organized than the lower house.
