Durga Prasai has given a statement that RPP leaders and Santosh Rajawadi's team were responsible for pelting stones at the police during the protest held by the Rajawadis on March 15 in Tinkune, Kathmandu.

In the statement given by Prasai to the police, it is mentioned that force was used because of stone pelting on the police during a protest to restore the monarchy.  In the statement of the case filed by the Public Prosecutor's Office Kathmandu in District Court Kathmandu, Prasai mentioned that stones were pelted on the police 300 meters away from the event venue .

He said that behind the statement that the parliament should be occupied on Chait 15, there is an impulse caused by the use of force by the police on the protestors . Prasain's statement is that because the place where the common people gathered in the declaration meeting has been turned into a battleground like Kurukshetra of Mahabharata, I have said this out of emotion.

It is Prasai's statement that RPPA workers were standing around him at that time. He said in his statement that he only did the work of division of work as a member of the Joint People's Movement Committee for the restoration of the monarchy led by Navraj Subedi and as the general commander of the movement. Similarly, Prasain has given a statement that he met the former king Gyanendra Shah on the day before the royalist arson, looting and vandalism in Thinkune, Kathmandu on March 15. In the statement given to the police, there is a statement of Prasai that he met Shah at Nirmal Niwas on Chait 14.
