Chairman of Nepal Communist Party (Maoist Centre) and former Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has asked the common people to give up their disappointment that nothing has happened in Nepal. Ending the disappointment that nothing has happened in Nepal as Nepal is prosperous, he emphasized that it is necessary to adopt local production, domestic industry and self-sufficient agricultural system.
Addressing the public dialogue program held at Baglung Bazar today during the Madhyapahari Lokmarg public awareness campaign launched by the Maoist Center, President Dahal said that the Madhyapahari Lokmarg has connected the people here with economic prosperity. He mentioned that the Madhyapahari Pushpalal Lokmarg has proceeded on his own proposal and said that it is necessary to complete the project soon.
President Dahal said that the Maoist center will proceed in a new way by accepting the complaints and suggestions of the common people in the Madhyapahari public awareness campaign. He said that the party is only a Maoist center to address the problems of Dalits, farmers, laborers, oppressed classes and others.
"The door of development has been opened in Baglung, where the majority of roads are covered, the road helps in economic prosperity, the detailed project report (DPR) of Baglung's Achte-Galkot tunnel has progressed, if the Galkot-Magdi connecting road is built, it will be beneficial to reach the people here", President Dahal said, "It is necessary to end the environment of going abroad without food, let the government create the environment, I support it, but nothing has happened in Nepal." It's just an illusion.'
Referring to corruption as the main problem of Nepal, President Dahal said that a Maoist central government is necessary to eliminate corruption. He answered the issues of education, enterprise and cooperatives raised in the public dialogue program. The public awareness campaign which started from Patihalne in Baglung on Thursday has been completed in Burtibang, Galkot and Tarakhola.
