The Supreme Court has ordered the release of RPP Senior Vice President Ravindra Mishra from prison. A joint bench of Justices Kumar Chudal and Til Prasad Shrestha ordered the release of Mishra on bail.
The Supreme Court has ordered the release of Mishra and entrusting him to a lawyer to be called in case of a trial or if additional evidence is needed. Earlier on Wednesday, Supreme Court Judge Sunil Kumar Pokharel's bench had ordered to show cause for Mishra's arrest and to present the prisoner.
