The Sunday meeting of the House of Representatives passed the policy and program for the financial year 2082/83 by a majority. In the meeting, Speaker Devraj Ghimire announced that the policies and programs were passed by a majority.

On the 19th of Baisakh, the policy and program was presented in the House. It was continuously discussed from 22nd to 28th of Baisakh. On the last day of the discussion, Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli answered the questions raised by the MPs.

In today's meeting, the amendment received on the policy and program was presented for decision. A total of 37 amendment proposals were registered on policies and programs individually and jointly. All of them were rejected .
