In today's meeting of the House of Representatives, the MPs emphasized that the budget should be arranged so that the goals of sustainable development are met.

Participating in the discussion on policies and programs, MP Narayan Khadka demanded that arrangements should be made accordingly as the National Planning Commission stated that 21 trillion budget is needed in 7 years to meet the goals of sustainable development. Saying that an environment for effective implementation of foreign policy should be created, he emphasized that even though the plans included in the policies and programs are positive, there are problems in implementation, so an environment for effective implementation should be created from now on.

MP Mahesh Bertaula said that policies and programs emphasize research-based higher education. Stating that programs like 'Kamaying Padaing' are positive, he expressed his belief that the programs presented related to agriculture will bring about significant changes in farmers and the agricultural sector.

MP Santosh Pariyar said that policies and programs have not come in the form of qualitative leap from quantitative. He emphasized that policies and programs and the budget play an important role in implementing the fundamental rights of the people, so the budget should be allocated accordingly.
