A special tour team has departed from Kathmandu on the initiative of the Tourist Bus Association of Nepal (TIBAN) to study the feasibility of operating a tourist bus from Kathmandu to Rara in Mugu. The tourism professional has left the premises of the Nepal Tourism Board today to understand the situation of the overall trip including the arrival of the tourist bus and the condition of the road.

Bidding farewell to the visiting team, senior director of the board Hikmat Singh Air said that the campaign to connect Kathmandu with RARA has started. We believe that this effort to convey the message that tourists can reach from Kathmandu to Rara in Karnali through road transport will be successful,' he said. He says that the tour will spread the message that Rara is not far away and will also contribute to the promotion of domestic and regional tourism.

President of Tourist Bus Association of Nepal Bhishma Neupane said that the trip will be useful to study the possibility and management of travel from Kathmandu to Rara. We will proceed in a more planned manner after a careful study of the difficulties and possibilities encountered during this journey,' he said.

Krishna Acharya, the former president of Teeban, said that Rara travel is completely possible by road. 'This is the right season to go from Kathmandu to Rara. If we can make a bus trip from Kathmandu to Rara and if we can make more packages for this, the number of tourists will increase in Rara,' he said.  The
