The deadline of 23 people, including senior vice president of Rashtriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) Rabindra Mishra and medical professional Durga Prasai, has been extended for five days to investigate crimes against the state and organized crime.

Spokesperson of District Police Officer Kathmandu, Superintendent of Police Appelraj Bohra informed that the court has given them five days for investigation after they were submitted to the Kathmandu District Court on Thursday. They are being investigated for offenses against the state and organized crimes, and investigations have also been started for criminal nuisance offences. Due to the delay in the statement, the investigation into the crime of criminal nuisance was started later. In the case of 28 other people who are being investigated for organized crime and criminal nuisance, Bohra informed that the deadline has been extended by 7 days.
