The government's policies and programs are disappointing, ritualistic and unreasonable: MP Yadav

Nepal Samajwadi Party Chairman Mahindra Rai Yadav has said that the policies and programs of the coming financial year are disappointing and ritualistic.

He expressed this opinion while participating in the discussion on the policies and programs of the next financial year in the meeting of the House of Representatives held on Wednesday. He said that there is confusion in the policy and program and there is no justification for it. He claimed that the previous government used to understand and present the sentiments of the Nepali people when discussing policies and programs, but the current government failed to do so. He has also commented that the policy introduced by the current government is discriminatory.

He has also raised the question of how the journey of socialism can be carried forward since various bases cannot be fixed. President Yadav repeated the accusation that the current government was formed unnaturally and on the basis of middlemen.

He said, 'This policy and program is disappointing. It is confusing. It is ritualistic. It does not make sense. The previous government used to address the sentiments of the entire Nepalese people through the methods and procedures of the federal democratic republic. This Pali government could not do that. This policy is discriminatory. The previous government used to make policies and programs and allocate budget based on the human index, this year's policy does not seem to address that.'

He has also commented that the policies and programs introduced by the government have failed to add enthusiasm to the citizens.
