President Ramchandra Paudel in the joint meeting of the federal parliament today announced the government's upcoming fiscal year 2082/83. He mentioned that by presenting policies and programs, the culture of working and respecting labor will be established. He said that contribution-based social security will be made mandatory. President Paudel said that the practice of labor incentives, which was done in the past but has been stopped now, will be continued to prevent the migration of skilled manpower.
President Paudel said that youth employment will be created by developing entrepreneurship within the country and that the coming decade will be celebrated as the domestic employment decade. It is said that the implementation of basic labor standards will be ensured through labor audit.
President Paudel said that internal employment will be created through both self-employment and wage employment. He mentioned that policies, laws and procedures will be revised and formulated to make foreign employment safe, dignified and orderly.
When renewing a company, organization, cooperative, firm or other organized organization, it is mentioned in the policy and program that the proof of regular contributions must be attached to the workers by joining the social security fund.
