India's Minister of Power, Housing and Urban Affairs Manohar Lal Khattar has arrived in Kathmandu today during a two-day visit to Nepal.

The spokesperson of the Ministry of Energy, Sandeep Kumar Dev informed that the Indian Minister who visited Nepal on the invitation of the Minister of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation, Deepak Khadka, visited the power house and dam area of ​​the Arun 3rd Hydropower Project in Khattar Sakhumwasabha.

Likewise, the Ministry of Energy has informed that Minister Khattar will participate in the agreement signing ceremony to be held today in Kathmandu related to the Lamki-Bareli and Inruva-Purnia transmission lines which are going to be built in joint investment between Nepal and India.

Minister who came to Nepal during a two-day visit  Khattar is scheduled to have a courtesy meeting with Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and Deputy Prime Minister and Urban Development Minister Prakashman Singh. Similarly, during his visit to Nepal, he also made a religious trip to Mustang and Pashupatinath, the spokesman Dev informed.
