Nepal Electricity Authority Taplejung Distribution Center has been blamed for the accident that occurred in Pathibhara area on Monday morning. Even the Center has not been able to deny it. He is reacting that the lightning that struck on Sunday evening caused the pin of the electric wire to burn and because they did not get the information about it, the accident may have happened on Monday morning.

However, the head of the electricity authority and the technical staff are surprised why the 'protection system' of the power station was not shut down until the vehicle caught fire. Experts say that if the protection system is closed, there is a possibility that human losses will be reduced. Because as soon as the electric wire touches the vehicle, the electric current stops . "If a tree, pole, or branch falls on the power line, the protection system should be shut down immediately and it is," said the head of the office, Chaudhary, "that's why the electricity is shut down suddenly, but today the system is not shut down, so we are worried."

The current was flowing in the wire until the car was completely burnt . The office turned off the electricity only after receiving the information.

Sudhir Sigdel, a technical employee of the electricity distribution center, who returned to the scene, suspects that the fire started because the passengers who came out as soon as the current was applied touched the ground and the vehicle. There is water on the east side of the car which was burnt due to electricity. It seems that the driver got electrocuted when he tried to move the vehicle from the dry place. The road from Suketar to Kaflepati is under construction .  According to the

distribution center, there are three feeders in Taplejung. It is divided into 'Bazaar, Dobhan and Old Feeder' . Fungling Municipality-7 is distributed from the feeder in Dokhu Hiti to those places. Kaflepati Pathibhara area is known as the old Fungling feeder . It has been taken from Bagarbari to Pathibhara via Fungling-7, 8, Pathibhara Yangwarak Rural Municipality-1 Nangkholyang, Phungling-6 Gumbadanda. The second feeder covers market areas with higher population density . From the substation, it goes to Atharraitriveni, Mikwakhola Rural Municipality via Medibung Palungwachok.

On Monday, four people lost their lives when a jeep hit an electric wire on the road. 16-year-old Adhya Acharya of Lalitpur municipality-10, his maternal grandfather Vinod Paudel of Bhadrapur municipality-15 and grandmother Sarita Paudel and jeep driver Taplejung Fungling-10 Durga Bhattarai of Furumbu died in burns. Sabina Paudel, who was walking with her son, daughter and mother-in-law's parents, was injured. Sabina's son Bhavimay jumped from the vehicle and got injured. The injured have been taken to the capital by helicopter for treatment, while the body of the deceased has been kept in the mortuary of the district hospital. The relatives of the deceased driver have taken a stand not to pick up the dead body because of the negligence of the electricity authority.
