The continuous agitation on the streets of Kathmandu has caused suffering to the common people. Commuters, employees and students who commute daily are safe.

The teachers have been protesting on Maitighar-Baneshwar road every day for 19 days. On Sunday, the National Democratic Party (RDP) has also held a demonstration program on the streets.

There is an impact on the movement of vehicles when there is a demonstration program on the road. Maitighar-Tinkune road has been blocked every day due to teachers' protest. Pedestrians and vehicular commuters were inconvenienced as thousands of teachers took to the streets to demonstrate.

Deepak Giri, the spokesperson of the Kathmandu Valley Traffic Police Office, informed that the traffic police had difficulties in managing the traffic due to the protest program on the road. He said that the police have changed the 'route' and sent the vehicle to the destination via an alternative route. 

on Sunday The movement of vehicles has been stopped in Maitighar, Babarmahal and Naya Baneshwar areas after the RPP announced that the prohibited area will be gathered around the power market bridge.
