Demonstration of RPP: Micking of police to prevent violation of prohibited area

After the Rashtriya Prajatantra Party tried to break the prohibited area during the demonstration, the police started miking. On Saturday itself, after the RPP announced that it would break the prohibited area, the Ministry of Home Affairs warned that action would be taken against the prohibited area.

During the demonstration on Sunday, the protesters tried to break the police cordon.

The demonstration that started from Maitighar has now moved towards Baneshwar. After the royalists tried to break the forbidden area during the demonstration, the police used microphones to alert them.

RPP has announced a phased movement program demanding the restoration of the monarchy. According to the Ministry of Home Affairs, serious attention has also been drawn to public news and expressions in the name of RPP, which violates the prohibited areas specified by law.

Earlier, RPP held a protest meeting in Balkhu on 26th of Chait. Before that, on Chait 15, after the demonstration led by medical practitioner Durga Prasain erupted and turned violent, RPP Senior Vice President Rabindra Mishra and MP and Party General Minister Dhavalshamsher Rana were arrested by the police on the same day. They are now in police custody for investigation.

The RPP has been demanding the unconditional release of all those who were arrested during the March 15 three-corner demonstration along with its two leaders.
