Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said that the Narayangadh-Butwal road under the east-west highway, which is being expanded to four lanes, will be completed on time.
While inspecting the Gandakot section of the road today, Prime Minister Oli said that there should be no delay in the construction work.
During the road inspection, he also got information about the progress of the road from the representative of 'China State Engineering Corporation Limited' involved in the construction.
Prime Minister Oli was accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister and Urban Development Minister Prakashman Singh, Physical Infrastructure and Transport Minister Devendra Dahal and Secretary Keshav Kumar Sharma. Mentioning that the people were suffering due to the delay in the construction of the country's main highway, he instructed to complete the construction as soon as possible.
