Foreign Minister Rana inaugurated the Tatopani Bath House

On Friday, Foreign Minister Arju Rana has reached the Tatopani area of the northern border crossing from Bhotekoshi rural municipality ward number-2. She inaugurated a bath built in a hot water stream. He was welcomed by security personnel and official representatives of Zhangmu region of China.

According to Kumar Shrestha, Chairman of Bhotekoshi Rural Municipality-2, Bhotekoshi Rural Municipality has prepared a bath with its own investment targeting tourists and pilgrims visiting the Nepal-China border.

He says that the construction of two concrete buildings has been completed at a cost of 6 crores. He informed that the garden, swimming pool and other structures are yet to be built. Tatopani has seven ancient streams visible outside. 47 bathtubs have been built in the new building. In the season from October to March, up to 1,000 tourists visit Seemanaka every day by taking a bath in the hot spring.

Even in the off-season, hundreds of tourists reach Tatopani every day. Tourists and devotees will be able to bathe easily after the hot water stream is arranged.  Bathing in hot water is believed to cure skin and bone diseases. Foreign Minister Rana took off from Tatopani in a helicopter. Soon after, she also inspected the Nepal-China border area.
