The Nepal Civil Aviation Authority, the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation and the Ministry of Finance repeatedly committed financial irregularities of 2.22 billion 4 million based on the master list," said the sub-committee. is . 

The sub-committee has recommended that those involved in corruption and irregularities should be dealt with by the relevant agencies after conducting a comprehensive study from the legal and technical point of view of the overall construction of the airport. 'This sub-committee is of the view that the Nepal government should take initiative for commercial operations only by making the airport fully operable. 

This visiting team formed by the Public Accounts Committee has identified legal, technical, economic, environmental and technical irregularities and corruption in the mentioned matter on the basis of on-site observation, study and monitoring, and interaction. It seems that the Abuse of Authority Investigation Commission should immediately investigate and investigate this matter and come to a conclusion and take action to the extent of the law against the perpetrators of irregularities or corruption,' the sub-committee recommends. 

This parliamentary subcommittee had 11 members. Rajendra Lingden of RPP was the coordinator and Arjun Narasimha KC, Deepak Giri, Ramkrishna Yadav and Devprasad Timalsena of Congress were members of the subcommittee. Gokul Prasad Baskota, Tara Lama Tamang and Rukmani Rana Barailly from UML and Janardhan Sharma and Amanlal Modi from Maoist were members. Prem Bahadur Ale was a member from Integrated Samajwadi Party.
