General Minister Thapa said that in order to change the current situation of the citizens within the federal democratic republic system, the style of the leader should be improved. He said that the situation of citizens has not changed because of leadership.
He said, 'If the style of leadership cannot be changed by understanding, then the leader will be changed. The problem is the leader. If the problem is solved by changing the leader, there is no solution to the question of whether something else should be changed.'
