UML General Secretary says: Rumors of change of government are over from today

UML General Secretary Shankar Pokharel has said that rumors of a change of government have ended from today. Pointing to the meeting between Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba on Tuesday, General Secretary Pokharel said that rumors of a change of government with the beginning of the new year have ended today.

General Secretary Pokharel has written, 'The rumor that the government will change with the beginning of the new year has ended from today. Now let's participate in the discussion regarding the preparation of policy, program and budget.' He also said that now he should participate in the discussion regarding the preparation of policies, programs and budget.

While there is talk of a 'problem' in the current coalition government, Prime Minister KP Oli and Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba have tried to remove suspicions about it. Sources say that in the discussion held between Oli and Deuba at the Prime Minister's residence Baluwatar on Tuesday morning, it was decided to do serious homework on solving the problems within the alliance and removing suspicions.

According to Baluwatar sources, in the meeting, Oli said that it is not appropriate for the government to be publicly criticized by the leaders in the political system. Recently, Congress General Minister Gagan Thapa, who is in power, is strongly criticizing the government for not being able to work.
