He urged all the education activists to work on the production of quality and employable educational manpower as the education sector is one of the foundations of prosperity.

The first condition to eliminate poverty is education,' he said in his greeting message, 'We cannot keep our children out of school.'

She stressed on the need to modernize education with local knowledge, skills and technology to improve the student retention rate and create employment and self-employment opportunities in the country.

Prime Minister Oli mentioned that the government is committed to achieving the goal of sustainable development by increasing the share of the budget in the education sector and passing the School Education Bill 2081 with discussion. "Now, in order to achieve the goal of compulsory and free basic education and free secondary education, there is a need to increase partnership in investment based on mutual coordination, cooperation and coexistence between the three levels of government," said the Prime Minister.

'It is the need of the moment to put the knowledge you have into practice. Knowledge should be used practically and for the good of the society as a whole. We should not only be educated, but we should also be polite,' he said.

Prime Minister Oli said that today's education should make individuals aware of their responsibility towards themselves, towards their families, towards the nation and towards the international community.

Prime Minister Oli, in his greetings, said that in a fertile country like Nepal, it is not a good thing that people or children are still in poor condition on the streets.
