Congress President and former Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has said that the current constitution can accommodate everyone and is made on a completely proportional basis.

Addressing the Eid meeting and New Year exchange program of Nepal Muslim Association on Sunday, President Deuba said  He said that it was possible to include everyone in every agency of the state because of the inclusive constitution. 

He said that it is difficult for any party to get a majority because of the constitution that will move forward with everyone. The Constitution of Nepal is a very good constitution. There is a constitution to bring everyone together. This makes it difficult for any party to get a majority. But even though it is difficult, there is this constitution that can reconcile everyone. The constitution of Nepal is completely proportional and inclusive," he said.  

President Deuba said that the current constitution includes all tribes, tribals, Muslims, Tharu, Madhesi, and women. He further said, 'That's why the current constitution has played a very big and important role. Even within our party, we have a proportional and inclusive constitution. Based on that, now there are leaders from the Muslim community as well.'
