In a program held today at the Nepali Military Academy in Kharipati, Bhaktapur, he said that when the security environment is dynamic, multifaceted and challenging, there is a need for competent manpower for the national security of Nepal today.

On that occasion, he awarded Khukuri as an award to the best rank and officer.
