Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said that with his first official visit to Thailand, the doors of opportunities for investment and cooperation in Nepal have been opened.

In the 'Ncel-Barakhari Golf and Economic Symposium' organized by Barakhari Online today in Gokarna, Prime Minister Oli said that the exchange of experience and various agreements between the business community of Nepali and Thailand during the visit was ultimately a fruitful activity.

After his first official visit to Thailand and participating in the sixth summit of the Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi-Sectoral Technical and Economic Cooperation (BIMSTEC), Prime Minister Oli, speaking at a program held in Gokarna after returning home, said that the speed of development should be accelerated by making use of the resources available in the situation where the youth population is around 40 percent.

'If the country is not allowed to work and has an attitude of oppression, the pace of development will stop. Everyone should have patriotism to work fast. We should make good laws and implement those laws correctly', Prime Minister Oli said, 'The situation of enmity between the people and the government should end. We are making efforts in the areas of good governance and service delivery. The possibilities are very good. Those doors have also been opened by the visit to Thailand.'

Prime Minister Oli recalled that he had implemented the framework of Digital Nepal and emphasized that by increasing the number of skilled and employable manpower in this sector, we should create an environment that can benefit financially from the use of information technology. In the

program, Nepali Congress General Minister Gagan Thapa mentioned that the basis for increasing production and productivity through the use of information technology has been set by the bill recently passed by the parliament and emphasized that economic prosperity should be started through the prevalence of information technology.
