The Supreme Court has ordered to show cause in the writ petition filed against Sharad Ojha, chairman of Nepal Insurance Authority. The single bench of Judge Nahkul Subedi today ordered to show cause, demanding a written answer to the dispute in which the competence of the authority's chairman Ojha was raised.

Advocate Indira Dhamala filed a writ petition filed on March 17 against the recommendation committee formed for the appointment of the chairman of the board of directors of the Nepal Insurance Authority, the office of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers, the Ministry of Finance, and Ojha, the chairman of the authority.
