Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, who is on an official visit to Thailand, and his Thai counterpart Paitongtarn Shinawatra will meet on Wednesday.
Before the meeting at the government building in Thailand, Prime Minister Oli participated in the welcome ceremony organized by his counterpart Shinawatra.
This is the first official visit to Thailand by the Prime Minister of Nepal at the friendly invitation of the Prime Minister of Thailand, Shinawatra. This visit is expected to contribute to the expansion of mutual relations and cooperation between the two countries. According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, an agreement on cooperation in the fields of culture and tourism will be signed after the meeting. Likewise, six different memorandums of understanding will be exchanged between non-governmental and commercial organizations between the two countries. After the
agreement, the two Prime Ministers are scheduled to hold a joint press conference. After that, Prime Minister Oli will attend a dinner organized by his counterpart Shinawatra in his honor. Prime Minister Oli has a courtesy meeting with King Maha Bajiralongkorn of Thailand today.
Prime Minister Oli arrived here on Tuesday during his official visit to Thailand.
