The police have arrested 24 more people on charges of being involved in the Tinkune incident in Kathmandu.
Apilraj Bohra, Spokesperson and Superintendent of Police, District Police Complex, Kathmandu informed that 24 more people were arrested for their involvement in the violent demonstration, chaotic activities and vandalism in the Tinkunema organized program on the 15th of Chait.
He said, 'An additional 24 people have been arrested for being involved in the said incident, before this, 41 people were arrested and the investigation has been extended.' They were arrested from various places in Kathmandu, District Police Complex said.
