President Ramchandra Paudel has certified five different bills that have been passed and submitted by both houses of the federal parliament.
Shailaja Regmi Bhattarai, Spokesperson of the President's Office, issued a statement today and informed that the bills submitted for verification have been verified by the President in accordance with Article 113, Clause 2 of the Constitution. Among the bills with
certification are the bill made to amend some Nepal Acts related to good governance promotion and public service delivery, the bill made to amend some Nepal Acts related to cooperatives, the bill made to amend the Economic Procedures and Financial Responsibility Act, 2076, the bill made to amend some Nepal Acts related to economic and business environment improvement and investment promotion, and the bill made to amend the Privatization Act, 2050.
These bills were passed by both houses of the federal parliament today.
