An American citizen who shouted slogans in favor of the monarchy was arrested

American citizens who protested saying 'King wanted' have been arrested. American citizen Julian Kirpal Bliss was arrested by the police while raising slogans in support of the monarchy along with some Nepali citizens at Maitighar. He was known as 'Jayanand Kripa' in Nepal. He was taken into custody by the Sindh Darbar police circle.

According to District Police Complex Information Officer Superintendent of Police Appel Raj Bohra, he was detained after protesting on political issues. Bliss 'Please eat pure vegetarian food, burning and throwing plastic is a crime. So always use bottles and containers to reject plastic', he sat miking at the funeral home with a banner. Suddenly, he protested against the government raising slogans about the monarchy.

He was also carrying a placard that read 'Abolish the corrupt government'. Bliss has also been running a campaign called 'Ten Million Cows'. On the Facebook page run by the same name, photos of him going to various places in Nepal and conducting a 'vegetarian campaign' have also been posted. Similarly, there are pictures of schools and police officers of different districts on social media.
