The issue of removal of Kulman Ghising from the Executive Director of Nepal Electricity Authority has also caused a stir in the Public Accounts Committee of the Parliament.

After Maoist MP Amanlal Modi tried to speak on the matter in the beginning, the ruling MPs retorted . Since the parliamentarians of the ruling party did not agree to speak at first, the two sides had a fight after they asked to speak only during their turn.
