An agreement has been reached between the Mohi farmers of Swargadwari Guthi, who have been on a sit-in at Maitighar for the last 51 days, and the government. As soon as the parliament session begins, the struggle committee is ready to suspend the movement after agreeing to bring a bill in the current winter session to address the problems of the farmers who have been on sit-in since January 20.

In the continuous discussion between the negotiation team for three days, an agreement was reached to solve the problem of infatuation by amending the Guthi Institute Act, 2033. The ministry has already prepared a draft of the bill to be amended and the draft will be forwarded immediately  said. 

Guthika Mohi has been in continuous agitation for 1 year. They came to the street struggle saying that the agreement of Chait 8, 2081 was not implemented.  

Pravin Dahit, Deputy Secretary of Swargadwari Guthipidit Mohi Kisan Sangharsh Samiti, agreed in writing that the government will present the Guthi Institute (Third) Amendment Bill, 2081 as a bill in the current session of the Federal Parliament, and the agitation was suspended after the agreement was reached on the draft of the bill.

There are 16 thousand victims of 3 thousand 5 families in 12 mauzas (villages) in Dang due to the Swargadwari guthi . These families have been cultivating one thousand 53 bighas of land, which is under Guthi .
