In the 'Romeo and Juliet Law', the Home Minister said that the practice of giving legal recognition to sexual relations between the ages of 16 and 18 years is being interpreted as a love relationship. An amendment bill has been prepared in the Council of Ministers to amend the Act related to children. We are discussing whether to lower the age of marriage in that amendment bill . Since the opinion of the parliamentary committee has also come according to that, now there are two ways,' he said, 'One is to reduce the age of marriage, let's take it to 18 and the other is to bring the Romeo and Juliet law according to international practice. In many places that law has been implemented . As the Romeo and Juliet Law says, if the marriage age is set at 18 years, if they have sexual relations between the ages of 16 and 18, it cannot be considered as rape, etc., it is forgivable, the concept of a love relationship leading to that place is in the Romeo and Juliet Law and some countries have implemented it.

Similarly, the Home Minister, the writer, promised that the government will protect the human rights of the detainees and prisoners in prisons. He promised that the government will not do any act of violating the human rights of detainees and prisoners. "We guarantee that the government guarantees that no detainee or prisoner will be treated inhumanely, cruelly or in a way that violates human rights," he said.
