In today's meeting of the House of Representatives, the MPs have demanded a parliamentary committee to investigate the discrimination against Dalits in Siraha.
Taking time in the meeting, MP Jeevan Pariyar demanded the formation of an inquiry committee condemning the demolition of the house of Deepak Malik of Dalit community by village chairman Shivji Yadav of Aurhi-5, village chairman Dilip Yadav of Janmat Party and Bajrang Baba, the organizer of Vishnu Mahayagya.
Mentioning that the United Nations has arranged to celebrate the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination, he objected to the incident of racial discrimination in Siraha's Aurhi on Wednesday. Stating that it is unfortunate that such an incident has occurred even after the restoration of the House of Representatives announced the abolition of caste discrimination, MP Pariyar demanded the government to take legal action against the culprits of the incident.
MP Manish Jha demanded an investigation into the incident in Siraha and demanded action against the culprits. MP Abdul Khan demanded legal action against Aurhi Rural Municipality Chairman Shivji Yadav, Janmat Party Municipal Chairman Dilip Yadav and Bajrang Baba, the organizer of Maha Yagya, who demolished the house of the Dome family and transported the contents of the Dalit community.

She said that the parliament should not be a silent spectator to this incident and demanded the formation of a powerful parliamentary investigation committee.
Member of Parliament Ranendra Barali said that the brutality of Dalits exceeded the Takura of Mount Everest and said that the demolition of the house of Deepak Malik of Aurhi-5 was a reprehensible act. He informed that Malik's house was built five years ago with the budget of the Prime Minister's Relief Fund.
Member of Parliament Barali said that the local Dalit community could not even speak after the incident committed by Baba, the organizer of the Vishnu Mahayagya, and Yadav, the chairman of the village council. He demanded that village chairman Yadav be suspended and everyone be brought under the scope of legal action.
MP Ashok Kumar Chaudhary said that Siraha Aurhi's incident has hit the constitutional system of social justice. Has this incident ended untouched? He says that the question has arisen. MP Chaudhary investigated the incident and demanded action against the culprits and compensation to the victims.
MP Prabhu Hazara said that untouchability is a heinous crime in the 21st century. He demanded that legal action should be taken against Mr. Yadav, the president of Janmat Party, and Mr. Yadav, who destroyed houses in the name of untouchability.
