The practice of giving as much money as you want from the Council of Ministers should be stopped by making a law: Thapa

There is dissatisfaction that change is happening at the speed at which progress is made. Someone wants to exploit that dissatisfaction. Out of that dissatisfaction has become anger. The fire of anger has burned. Someone is trying to add fuel to the fire of anger.

Congress General Minister Gagan Thapa has said that the government should stop the practice of giving as much facilities and money as it wants to the former specials of the state by making a decision by the cabinet. He said that instead of distributing money from the state treasury, a law should be made to stop the distribution of money.

Thapa's reaction has come in the context of the government's intention to formulate a law regarding the provision of lifetime benefits to ex-special officials from the state fund. In a program held on Saturday in Panchthar district, Thapa said that service facilities are being provided to ex-specialists of the state without any law and it should be brought under the law.

Thapa says that the government should make it clear to the people about providing service facilities to the pre-specialized. He said that the government should say that it is going to enact a law to prevent the misappropriation of state funds. "What the government should say now is that I will make such a law, through the law I have made, the minimum that the state must give to the people who have been the president, prime minister, minister, commander, speaker of the assembly in Nepal" I am talking about security,' Thapa said, 'Apart from that, there is a huge pressure on the national treasury, so the government has a long-standing practice of giving as much money as it wants by decision of the cabinet whenever it wants. I have to say that I will stop by making .'

Thapa said that the government should make it clear what law it is going to bring. "Some things should be explained in the right way at the right time," he said. Thapa said that when he was the health minister, he had put an end to the practice of paying money from the state fund when the people who had occupied the highest position of the nation were unwell and were treated in countries such as America and Japan. "We have made a law that if any leader has to go outside Nepal for treatment abroad, he cannot take even a single rupee from the state treasury," said Thapa.

Thapa said that the local level and the state government should make a law and end the provision of services to ex-officers from government funds.

Similarly, Thapa also said that the anger among the people should be solved together. He said that instead of changing the system, we should move forward in the interests of the citizens. He said that the state should be needed to strengthen the life of the next generation. He said that people's discontent is being fueled and the government and political parties should stop it. He said that if the fire of discontent is extinguished, those who fueled it will fall.

'The speed at which progress is changing means there is dissatisfaction that it is not happening . Someone is trying to exploit that dissatisfaction . Out of that dissatisfaction has become anger. The fire of indignation has burned . Someone wants to add fuel to the fire of anger. What is the face of the one who adds ghee, I don't even know . I don't even want to see it,' he said, 'What I understand is that if the fire of anger is extinguished, what will the person who came to add ghee to the fire do with that ghee ? If you eat ghee yourself or ghee dalla, it will be fun, why worry?' He also said that the discontent among the people should be solved by Congress, UML and Maoists together.

Thapa said that those in the government should remove the dissatisfaction of the citizens at this time. "Whether it is a village government or a union government, the dissatisfaction of the people should be removed," he said. Thapa said that those in the government should only do what is needed and should not do what is not needed.
