Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Ajay Kumar Chaurasia has said that the government is preparing a law to provide anticipatory bail. He said that the discussion is going on in which cases to arrange for taking advance bail. He said that this law will especially provide relief to industrialists.

 'The government is working to remove the shortcomings in the legal sector to get out of the economic recession,' Minister Chaurasia said on the occasion of the 49th annual general meeting of Birgunj Chamber of Commerce and Industry. 

Minister Chaurasia said that the ordinance brought by the government for good governance and business promotion has been passed by the House of Representatives and the National Assembly. He claims that the opposition has only protested for the sake of protesting this ordinance and there is no point in it. He says that the country is trying to get out of the economic crisis and the most affected by the Madhesh movement is the businessmen of Birganj. 

Hemraj Dhakal, the senior vice president of the Federation of Nepalese Industries and Commerce, said that only the cooperation between the government and the private sector will bring the country out of the grip of economic recession. He also said that the Federation has been successful in important activities such as investment conference, economic debate by bringing parliamentarians together on a single platform, and preparing the environment for the construction of a special economic zone in Chobhar. 

Anil Kumar Agarwal, President of Birgunj Industry and Commerce Association, highlighted the political and practical difficulties related to the development of the Parsa-Bara industrial corridor and the overall economic development of the country and also suggested solutions. Dabur Nepal, Jagdamba Steel and Hulas Steel were also awarded for exporting the most to India through the Birgunj port in 2080/81 at the

event. Triveni Spinning Mills Ltd., Shivshakti Dal Mills and Maryam Leather Industries, major exporters to third countries were also awarded.
